Everything went well. Different people did the work on different days. All of them knew what they were doing.

Did a good job. Nice guy.

He did good work but he was supposed to come back and finish some plumbing and other jobs.  We called several times and he is not even professional enough to return the call.  Very unreliable which results in being very unprofessional.  I would not recommend this provider.

the only problem and he couldn't keep the original appointment, so we had to reschedule.  He sent one of his workers the second time, who was late because the job previous to mine ran late.  The work was fine, but waiting around and then having to reschedule was a pain. I would hire him again, though.

Great experience! Rich picked up the new post and mailbox at the local hardware store where I had purchased it. This service alone saved me an hour.
Rich completed the job promptly and on budget. All my interactions with Rich were very professional, it's obvious that he takes pride in the service that he provides and it shows in the quality of his work.
There was nothing I had to do from the time we agreed upon the work and price to the time I pulled into my driveway and saw the new installed mailbox. Rich took care of everything from picking up the mailbox, cleaning everything up, removing all trash and even taking the time to put our landscaping back together (probably looking better than he had found it)
I will definitely use Rich again.

Rich Bandi was recommended to us by Ace Hardware as an installer of attic ladders. The supports on our former ladder had bent over the years and the door was scewed. This led to loss of heat in the winter and air conditioning in the summer. Rich bought a replacement aluminum ladder which was too small, then returned it and brought the correct size. He and my husband worked together to install the new ladder. The cost included the price of the new ladder. After Rich left, my husband noticed a gap at one of the ladder joints and called Rich, who offered to return and fix it. But my husband was able to do the adjustment himself. Rich returned all our calls promptly and we would use him again for other jobs.
