Furniture - Sales
I ordered them with the intention of getting them before Christmas because I have guests coming. They were suppose to be delivered on 12/5/06. When they came the sleeper sofa was too big to come into the house. I sent both of them back. I was upset and I didn't hear from the store manager for 2 days. The first time I've talked to her was today. They came to look at doorway and decided if the doorway was taken out and ceiling taken out they could get the sofa in. Once we made the opening larger we had to get a new door. We feel they should be responsible for some the fee. They aren't willing to help out more than $250. Right now we have a hole in the house because the guy came and did the destruction and left because he thinks we are having a sofa coming in the morning. We have no couch and a hole in our house. I am highly upset. The cost was to have the door taken out and new door put in.
