1. Windows were guaranteed to match HOA's specification. They did not. Battle with HOA ensued. Battle with MGB ensued. They took no responsibility for mistake. 2. Poor quality workmanship. Glass, screws, hardware left behind on carpet inside of house. On patio and grass outside of house. Cracks in walls. Wall/window paint needed to be repainted after windows were installed. J-channels we're scraped. One window won't stay open. I've requested that it be fixed but it hasn't. I requested the warranty but haven't received it from MGB yet. 3. We signed the contract at the end of May. Windows weren't installed until mid-July. Inside repairs weren't addressed until the end of Sept. No replies to my inquiries and requests to take care of the outside damage since then. 3.
