Ultra Shield will figure out a way not to pay for the repairs. In our case soda was spilled on the fabric covering the leather and removed the leather color. We were told that all spills are covered, color loss from a spill was not.

ALL EMPLOYEES WERE VERY PATIENT WITH US OVER DECIDING ON FAMILY ROOM FURNITURE. WE FELT THE PRICE WAS A BIT HIGH, BUT WE LIKED THE PRODUCT.

THE SALES STAFF WAS NOT VERY ATTENTIVE. AFTER I TRIED OUT SEVERAL CHAIRS AND FOUND THE ONE I WANTED, I FOUND A SALES PERSON TO HELP ME FINALIZED THE PURCHASE. I WOULD GO THERE AGAIN ONLY BECAUSE OF THE QUALITY OF THE FURNITURE AND THE STORE IS CLOSE BY.

THE QUALITY AND COMFORT OF LAZBOY FURNITURE IS EXCELLENT. THE SALES PEOPLE WERE GREAT AND LET ME SIT IN PRACTICALLY EVERY CHAIR AND SOFA IN THE PLACE. THEY WERE VERY GOOD AT HELPING ME PICK OUT A CUSTOM SOFA. WE ARE VERY PLEASED.
