When I called on March 17th, I asked the receptionist, Sandy, for a survey on our property. She told me to hold on and there was dead air for about 5 minutes. She said email her a copy of the deed and she would get back with the pricing. I emailed the property description from the closing papers, and I emailed the link from the Washington County Tax Assessment office with lot number and description.
I called on March 21st to follow up my email. Sandy again said, and quot;hold on.and quot; There was dead air again for 4 to 5 minutes. She said, and quot;as soon as we get a response, we will contact you.and quot; I asked her if she had an idea when that would be. She said, and quot;whenever we get a response.and quot; I asked her who she was waiting for a response from. She said, and quot; Why do you need to know that?and quot; I told her we want to treat our trees as soon as possible this spring. She said, and quot;we are waiting for a response.and quot; I asked if she could give me a general idea of when that would be, a day, a week, a month? She said, and quot;early next week.and quot; I said and quot;ok.and quot;
She then called me back later that day and said, and quot;Mr. Elliot can not get enough information to help you, you need to call someone else.and quot;
I am left dumbfounded. I called a professional surveyor to help my survey my property and pay good hard earned money. That's his job. And the customer service from the secretary, Sandy, was despicable. To ask me, and quot;why I need to know that?and quot; I'm the customer, paying the money, I think I have the right to know and quot;whoand quot; is providing the property information.
I recommend calling another survey company. I placed a call to another survey company. She was friendly, transferred me right to the surveyor himself. He pulled up all my information right away, I do not have to email any information to me. And he is going to send me his proposal right away.
