I WAS IMPRESSED THAT DAVE SPENT A LOT OF TIME ON HIS FIRST VISIT, DISCUSSING ALL THE ITEMS ON MY LIST; EVEN THOUGH MANY WERE MINOR, THEY AFFECT HOW WE LIVE, AND HE RESPECTED THAT. GAVE HIS IDEAS ON WHAT MIGHT AND MIGHT NOT WORK, BUT WAS NOT DISMISSIVE OF WHAT I WANTED TO ACHIEVE, AS SO MANY HOME REPAIR/REMODELERS ARE. HE MADE IT EASY FOR ME TO PURCHASE SOME ITEMS (TO SAVE MONEY AND TO ENSURE I'D BE ABLE TO PICK THE STYLE I WANTED), AND MADE SURE ALL MY NEEDS WERE MET. HE WAS PROMPT IN CALLING, SCHEDULING TIME, AND DOING THE WORK. WHAT A RELIEF TO DEAL WITH SUCH A PLEASANT AND CUSTOMER-FOCUSED PROFESSIONAL!
