JAWORSKI REMODELING

As far as I can remember, his name is Mark, he did our master bathroom and he was great! He's a really nice person and very nice worker. He is dependable if there's something you don't know and he would be there when he said he would. There were few things that we want him to fix after the fact and he came back to do it without any hesitation. He did it in a right way.

Once he came he was very professional. He provides a list of things to look for in a contractor on his website and I thought that was very nice. He provided an estimate and gave me good reasons for using ceramic instead of fiberglass for some fixtures. We thought that was reasonable and decided to go with him. He was very neat and both he and his assistant cleaned up each day after working. It took a long time for him to get here because he had other jobs; it was frustrating for me. We bought some materials ourselves and he would pick them up for us. If I changed my mind on things he did not get upset. I expected him to work on Saturday but he did not; I was devastated. I felt comfortable about leaving them alone in my house while they worked. They showed up perfectly on time.

Bottom line: The bathroom looks great. I could not be happier with my selection of Jaworkski Remodeling. Mark is honest, hard working, and extremely detailed in his work. He is also easy to communicate with and does a solid job of explaining what needs to be done. I live in a row house in the South Side so navigating it is not that easy. Mark and his team did not complain once about parking five houses away and lugging their equipment into my house. They showed up to work on time everyday and worked extremely hard. Their was an issue early in the process with my old subfloor (its an old house), Mark called me immediately to explain my options and was able to remedy the situation in short order. He then worked on building the shower soup to nuts, installing a bench seat, sliding doors, and trim. The end result was outstanding.

He worked closely with the decorator and with me on design, planning, details, pricing and execution of my bathroom restoration. He had never worked with Travertine before, did his homework, diligently focused on the end-result using his best skills and this resulted in an absolutely fabulous bathroom. His workmanship is superb, and he pays attention to the smallest details. He was always available to answer my questions, paid attention to my concerns, took care of my property and made sure my pets were safe and not in the way. By the end of the job, he was on a first name basis with the pets. He thoroughly cleaned up every day, he was well-organized and efficient. After the bathroom was finished, we discovered a leak in the roof! Mark quickly assessed the problem and quickly replaced the rubber fitting around an exhaust pipe. This required him to fix the bathroom ceiling, and he did it so well, you can?t tell it had been repaired. Mark is honest, trustworthy, flexible and reasonably priced. He isn?t the cheapest bid, but he also isn?t the most expensive. I have learned the hard way that you get what you pay for, and I won?t use anyone else for future contracting needs but Mark.

I thought that the quality of the work was very good and the price was competitive. We are happy with the overall experience. Mr. Jaworski is very reliable, honest and we couldn't be more pleased.
