Jason and crew are the best plumbers out there, hands down! Great clean work and finished everything in one business day. You can feel safe that you won't get charged any hidden fees etc. It took me a long time to find a trustworthy plumber. Don't hesitate to call these guys.

The bathroom had issues from the beginning and the GC was told. Now that we have hired a new plumber a problem was found in the work of the first floor plumbing. Stieg was contacted but he is completely dismissive. His attitude is very unhelpful. Human error is possible, but Stieg stated that he could not have done the work even though he clearly did (as the permit states) did do the work The worst thing is his attitude. This was a bathroom for a handicapped man as GC knew. Just shameful! Buyer beware. Plenty of excellent plumbers in Pittsburgh. I have had all 5 of my bathrooms renovated. First plumber is Stieg who does not offer to help or even respond to complaint. Other plumbers have offered to fix work for free.
