They were good.

The floor of the sunroom included a sub-floor that had a lot of slope that had to be leveled (part of floor was an old slab that had settled over years). When the first pour of self-leveler would not set up (we think due to the cold), the Humble guys took it out and did it over and got a nice level base, then set the tile. Overall, we are very happy. The workers were professional, cleaned up nicely, the work was very professionally done and no cost overruns. Exactly what we were looking for and we are very satisfied with the finished product. Very easy experience with Humble Carpet.

Johnnie Humble came to the house to take all measurements and describe how the installation would proceed. He was very polite and knowledgeable - he answered all of our questions. His son led the crew that did the actual installation. The crew was very polite, and performed all work quickly and efficiently. All old material was removed off-site, and the house was left very clean after installation. All furniture was moved by the crew, and they put everything back exactly where I requested it to be. They even moved our big screen TV without any incident..
We will use Humble Carpeting when we replace the carpeting in our upstairs bedrooms - hopefully this coming spring.

Everything went beautifully. Every time I dealt with someone from this company it was a pleasant experience, they are all so nice. This was my first time using them but I would use them again if I need to.
