G & G FITNESS

We did not have a receipt.  The technician that installed it for us years ago said he would register it for us, which he did not. So Vision Fitness had no record of the purchase.  When I called G&G, they said it was purchased in 12/2004.  When I called Vision Fitness, they said, according to the serial number, it was built in 2005.  Anyway, in 2011 the treadmill stopped.  We called G&G, and their technician replaced an electronic board for $311 plus $103 for the call.  Last week, the treadmill stopped again.  I feel this product was a lemon, being sold by an expensive fitness store that did not stand by its product.  I would have expected them to repair it at cost (around $150 for parts according to Vision Fitness).  G&G  said nothing.  So we will not shop there again.

We stopped in and talked to Jason S. at the G&G Fitness McMurray store. We were looking to replace our older treadmill with a LifeFitness product. Jason answered all our questions and emailed us a quote. He kept in touch by email, since it took us a few months to decide on exactly what model to purchase. We agreed on a price, with a discount,& we also waived the delivery & set-up. Jason arranged for us to pick up the treadmill at the warehouse. Everything went smooth & we are very happy with our purchase. We would do business with this company again.
