The trees were trimmed effieciently, all limbs were picked up a taken. Looks like a very good job.

The guys from Fairfield showed up at our house early, trimmed and shaped the out of control trees very nicely. They cleaned up all of the branches that were cut and did a great job.

Fairfield Tree Services advertized on Angie's List for consumers to spend $199 for $400 of tree service work. I ended up paying a total of $350 to have a tree about the height of a two story house cut down. The only issue I had with Fairfield is they received so much business from this offer that several calls were needed to schedule an estimate and get the actual work done.

I paid $199 for $400 of services, which covered most of trimming. Balance was $1300. Bob and team friendly, did work promptly.

We are very pleased with the entire process. We called for an estimate & Bob responded immediately. He said it would be about 3 weeks before they performed the service. He called yesterday and said they'd be here at 8 a.m. and they were prompt. The workers were very courterous and professional. They completed the work by mid-afternoon. Extremely pleased with everything.

He came to my house to look at the job and provide an estimate. I thought the price was higher than I expected. Then he explained how there was more work involved than I realized. They scheduled a time to come out and performed the work as I expected.

They were here about 2 1/2 hours. When they left, they didn't stop to get paid & they left the 2 gates in the backyard open- fortunately I noticed so our dog didn't escape.

Bob and his crew arrived as scheduled and worked continuously like a well oiled machine. While two of them were de-limbing the pine trees, Bob was grinding out the stumps. No idle time in the whole process. The cleanup was complete and the trees did not hit anything as they were being chopped down. One was close to telephone wires and the other was near the garage. They were done and on their way in less than two hours and the yard looks great!

Salesman/estimator was puntual for appt. Quote/contract recieved within few days. Crew called days before work to confirm it was okay to come out. Showed up when they said they would.

The service provided by fairfield tree was excellent from start to finish. Bob responded to my internet inquiry in a timely manner. He provided a written contract/estimate after meeting with me and completed the work ahead of schedule. The price was very competitive and the work was top quality. I will use this service again in the future!

Bob, came out to do an estimate, called when they were coming and was on time.

Because I know I have to take a tree down, and with an overbudget wedding just completed, I elected to take the $200 off superdeal. Because of the timing, it was a last minute decision before the offer expired, and I tried reaching Fairfield to talk to someone live just to get a "Gut feel" estimate. All I got was the answering service so I elected to just bite the bullet and go ahead and buy the deal. Estimator came out and did not require us to be there. His quote was very thorough but compared to a previous quote I had received, this estimate was 3 times (and I think after the $200 off) a previous one. Slight discount for a second tree also, but if I can't afford the first one, forget about the second. There has been no further contact with Fairfield; they did not followup, nor did I call them. All if feel is burned for $200. While the quality I am sure if very good from past reviews, I am rating them a D solely on the price quote and no followup since they have my $200 investment already.

Went well. A crew of 4 showed up to do the trimming and used a bucket truck on the large pear trees. They cleaned up all debris from the trimming and left my driveway clean.

The experience was great. They stopped by to see what we wanted. They told us exactly what to expect and made sure my wife was happy (the main concern). They showed up and did what they told us they'd do. It was pretty straight forward.

It was a great experience. Fairfield contacted me soon after I purchased a big deal, came out to see the site and give me an estimate -- which was completely covered by the big deal -- and completed the work when they said they would. They were highly professional and reliable. I would recommend them without any hesitation.

The Fairfield Tree Service job manager who gave us the estimate showed up to instruct his team of 4 at the beginning of the job and came at the end to ensure they had completed the work well.We were very pleased with the work AND the clean up after. There were no suprises and the cost was what the estimate was minus the great Angies List discount. A neighbor passing by asked them to stop at her home aand later she told us she was bery pleased with their work as well. Three hours and the job was done. Very pleasant, down to earth and easy to work with. We would definitely recommend them to others!

i left a message that i wanted to get a quote on some work. when i got the call back, he said they were in the area and wanted to know if they could stop by to take a look. unfortunately, i was at work, but he offered to stop by anyway and give me a call when he was there so i could explain the job to him while he was there. that way he could ask questions and be sure he understood. i told him all the work i wanted to have done and asked if he could write up a quote for each piece individually so i could decide which things to do now and what was outside of my current budget. when i got home from work, the estimate was waiting for me. it was very easy to understand and even had pictures, that made me confident they knew what i wanted. i called back and let them know which parts of the job i wanted to have done now, and explained that i was about to go on vacation. i asked if they were able to do the work while i was gone, and they said that wouldn't be a problem. since they'd taken such great notes, they knew exactly what needed to be done, even without me there. so, while i was gone, they came by and trimmed 2 trees and removed a row of shrubs. everything was cleaned up, and there was no damage to the grass. they mailed me the bill, and everything worked out beautifully! the only down side is that when i returned, my elderly neighbor said that she was without a telephone for the weekend, because they'd accidentally pulled down her phone line. fortunately, she had a cell phone and the phone company repaired it without any problems.

Showed up when promised, removed hedges and stumps. Cleaned up completely and left without trying to up the price or add on. Used Angie's List coupon, said they were overwhelmed so I understand the delay.

It went well. I bought a "big deal" so it did take a few weeks to get to me but they called right away and explained that they had a lot of people purchase the coupon and were going to call again to schedule a time to come out. A rep came out and gave us a price on the things we wanted to be done. They scheduled and came right out and did a great job.

It went very well and we were extremely pleased with the service received.

They arrived nice and earl, very professional, plenty of workers and good equipment. Cut trees, cleaned up and left.

We took advantage of the company's big deal offer of $400 of tree service for $199 and we are glad we did. Bob called us shortly after getting our payment and made arrangements to come out and write us up an estimate. He came and we explained what we needed done and he wrote up the estimate for us. He was very professional and informative and we agreed to a price. He gave us a time frame on when he would be coming out Bob called the day before and let us know the time frame for their arrival. They arrived promptly and went right to work. They did a great job and Bob made sure he discussed with me what he wanted to do with the large tree in the front to take care of it and I appreciated his discussing it with me and getting my approval before proceeding. The crew did a great job and when they were done they cleaned up all the debris and really went beyond what I was expecting. Great work and excellent people.

This was part of a big deal offer through Angie's List. Our contact Bob was very responsive. We were quoted an excellent price to have 10 trees of various sizes felled and cut up for firewood. A hole opened up in their schedule and as we were in the area Bob called round and asked if it was convenient if his team could carry out the work sooner. This worked out great for us. A team of four worked solidly for most of the day and cleaned up well after themselves. We would certainly use Fairfield in the future.

They provided an estimate pretty quickly after I called to request the service. The gentleman was very professional, nice and helpful. His team came in a few weeks later and within an hour and a half, they were done. They left the area cleaner than it was before they arrived and did a tremendous job. I would strongly recommend them.
