It was great. They provided good service and did a good job. It was a good experience. I bought their Big Deal; I used two Fairfield Tree Services coupons, one was $1,400 and the other one was $2,000.

I was never contact and the Deal finally expired.

They do good work. They are always on time for their scheduled appointments.

We had some initial scheduling miscommunication, but was not a big deal. We scheduled for the following week. They called ahead the day before and showed up on time. They worked quickly and cleaned up after. Spoke with Chris. He was very professional and helpful. I would hire them again. Price was very good.

I purchased an Angie’s List Big Deal for this service. They were fantastic and cleaned up like they were my own kids. They are coming back to do more work in the fall. I was very pleased. They came with a bucket truck to do the work. My neighbors are also probably going to use them sometime soon.

They contacted me right away as well as showed up on time. Their employees were very friendly to work with and they did excellent work. I have used them a few times since the initial service and am very satisfied.

This was a great experience from beginning to end. I had no problem getting an appointment and Colin showed up promptly and spent a great deal of time listening to what I wanted done and looking over the property. He also had some great suggestions. I received a bid back quickly and it was very reasonable. On the scheduled worked day, Colin and his crew arrived and got everything done in one day. I was so pleased! Everything looked great! Very professional, very efficient!

It was good overall. I thought they were more expensive than I was expecting. We had them do some extra work outside the Big Deal. It was about $600 extra to do some bushes. The guys were very nice and polite though. Even the owner came out to introduce himself.

We had a great experience with Fairfield for our landscape design and install. We had several quotes from area landscaping companies and felt Fairfield had the best value for the money. They were the most responsive, worked with us to get the look we wanted within our budget and the follow up was great. They were very knowledgeable in helping us select the right plants and trees and the customer service was top notch, which seems hard to come by these days. The crew that came was very professional and conscientious, making sure to cover their tracks where their equipment had entered our yard. We were really impressed and are very happy with the results. Our yard looks fantastic. Definitely recommend Fairfield!

I called to tell Fairfield we wanted to go ahead and they stated they would call 24 hours before they came out (which they did). Tree removal was done quickly and efficiently in only about 3-4 hours. Other than the stump that was left (and cut within 12 inches of the ground) they cleaned up everything included all the pine needles that had accumulated under the tree over the years. I would highly recommend their services and would use them again.

I thought their prices were a little high from the estimate, but they came back and worked with us a little and in the end did a great job at a reasonable price!

Crew arrived early and took care of jobs in professional manner. Only issue was contract price. Issue was resolved.

Everybody was very nice. I thought it was a little bit expensive. The deal was a $199, but then they kind of tell you how much they are going give you for this. So he cut two trees for me and that was it. I asked him about the trees at the back of the house that are coming up from the woods, kind of overlapping, and he said that they could do that for $200. In other words he wouldn't cut any more than those two items. They were very polite and professional. But again, when they have those deals, you don't really know what you are getting. They did a good job cutting; they were good, but I certainly wouldn't use them again because of the price.

I found Fairfield Tree Services through Angie's List and they were very good. They were prompt, did what they said they were going to do, very willing to do a little bit more if I saw something, efficient, and neat. I felt they did a good job. An excellent job. They were nice to deal with. They were pleasant to work with, dependable, and I thought the price was right on target and reasonable for what they did. I would definitely use them again. I think he returned my call the same day and then was out the following day to give me an estimate. He was extremely prompt and responsive.

They showed up on time, and got finished in one day. This was a very old, large tree and they even found that concrete had been poured inside. Very satisfied with their work. You can't even tell a tree was ever there and there was absolutely no damage to the house.

Their price was reasonable, because we also used the coupon that you guys had. We really liked them all the way around. They were on time. They said they were going to do what they were going to do. The guys were really nice. They cleaned up real good. There were actually no problems whatsoever.

The workmen showed up promptly, and agter a short look at the job, went right to work. I was a little concerned that my tree would be chopped to pieces, but the job was done really well, and I'm quite pleased with the results. Also, they did a very thorough job of cleaning up after themselves, which I really appreciated. I recommend Fairfield Landscaping.

We accepted one of the Big Deal offers for Fairfield to trim two pear trees in the front of our house that were overgrown and full and too close to our house. Mark was very good with communication from the beginning. The day they arrived to do the job they spoke to me before starting any work to make sure we were on the same page as to what was to be done. We were very adamant that we did not want the trees to look choppy or hacked into. Mark advised how he planned to shape and lift the branches from encroaching on the house and driveway. I know it is just tree trimming, but the results are beautiful! They evenly trimmed the branches and did not leave gaps or really short branches, and it is still winter with bare branches! I can't wait to see how they look in spring when the leaves and blossoms come out! We will definitely use them in the future I am very happy with them.

I liked them a lot. They did a nice job. They trimmed everything up just like they were supposed to. They cleaned up very nicely and overall they did what I expected to be done. They were very professional and they knew exactly what they were doing. They had good equipment. They did their job professionally. They did a nice professional job. They were right on time. I would absolutely use them again.

We had a hard time getting in touch with one another at first. Fairfield did a good job pruning three trees, which was covered by the Angie's List deal. While they were here, I asked for an estimate on taking down an old decaying tree. They did so, at a reasonable fee. They also brought up the logs to our driveway level, which is quite a haul (about 50 ft uphill). I also asked them to cut down a limb they indicated was negatively affecting the surrounding trees' growth. The workmen forgot to do this when they did the other trees. The owner responded to my call, returned, and had the work done within 2 days. He charged less than he normally would due to the delay. He also gave me basic advice on fertilizing trees and other information.

Very well. We didn't move ahead and decided to wait because we are trying to find the exact border material.
