I can not say enough about the service we received. Not only did they provide to us the fixtures we wanted for our bathroom remodel, they saved the day when our original contractor took us for a ride, botched the job, and had to be kicked out and sued. Classic Accent saved the day and did beautiful work.

Very slow to respond to request for estimate. Has very long lead time to perform the work. Quality of the work was good, Completed within time estimated.They do not stand behind their work. One of the shower door s has repeatedly come off the bottom track. Started within 3 months of being installed. He has refused to come and reapir it despite multiple trps to the show room. It take 2 strong people to marginally fix it. My next door neighbor must help each time this happens. I am not sure is it was installed incorrectly or it is a bad design.
