They were very friendly and professional in every way. My order was even done a day early. They surprised me with a nice shoe polish job. I HGHLY recommend Charles the Cobbler and staff. Will definitely put them in my Favorites for Life.
I took them to Charles, and he did his magic. He cleaned them, and glued the suede back down, and they look almost like new.
He repaired black leather pumps for my daughter last year. She had worn them when she went out on New Year's last year to the South Side. They were beat up and torn up and scuffed and ready for the garbage when she wore them home. But Charles the Cobbler did his magic, and made them presentable again.
