Great! Called them on a Sunday (week before Christmas) got a call back within an hour. Came to my house with in the next half hour and within another half hour the job was done.

All work was completed quickly.  The plumbers clean up after themselves and give you all necessary instructions.  They also check to see if you have any other problems.

Went so well. Called and we're here the next day. I was at work and my wife had nothing but good things to say about the service. Chris was nice and got the job done. Cleaned up everything that came out of the pipe. Recommended replacing the trap which was good because it was leaking prior to this. Very meticulous and clean. Could not be happier with the service. Will use them again in a heart beat. Thanks for everything.

If you are looking for a company that stands behind the quality of its work, I recommend you do not work with Campagna.
We contracted with Campagna to evaluate the health of our sewer line prior to a home purchase.  The plumber was courteous and punctual.  He ran a camera from an external access point outside of our garage to the street and found the pipe to be in good shape.  I then asked him if he needed to run the camera back toward the house, and he said "No, that isn't where we see problems."  I did not press the issue, as I deferred to his expertise.  Unfortunately, we have now experienced issues in the area of  pipe that runs from the external access point back toward our home.  This is the same portion of pipe Campagna recommended we did not need to scope during the time of the initial evaluation. 
I called Campagna and left a voicemail explaining the situation.  They did not reply, and I had to call back more than once in order to reach someone.  Upon reaching Campagna, I asked if they were willing to return to our home and run the camera from the external access point back toward our home to finish the original job.  (Again, this was the area of pipe that the plumber recommended we do not scope.)
Campagna visited our house as agreed.  There was, unfortunately, a miscommunication between with the plumber, and they snaked (rather than ran a camera through) the line.  They performed and charged us for a service we did not need; however, given the miscommunication, I paid without complaint.  I then re-explained the situation.  Campagna refused to finish the original job and stated they would charge us for a second time if we wanted them to run the camera.  I prefer to work with service providers who act with integrity and stand behind the quality of their jobs; therefore, I will not be a repeat customer.

Not so good.  First said there was only a blockage near the public hookup after checking 50 feet from the house out, broke through the blockage and told me to go flush all toilets and run water, well there was a backup right near garage drain and basement flooded with sewage...Thanks.  This a$$hole doesn't even offer to clean it then stands around playing with his equipment and charges me for another half hour while doing so.  When I made the appointment they said snaking was $85 then when it was time to pay I was charged $130 per hour.  It took them three hours to snake out three minor root blockages.  $455 dollars later they told me they would be back in two days to charge me another $210 to video the line.  I basically had to complain to the scheduler to get them back as I needed it done that day because I cleared my schedule.  They credited me the $45 per hour difference for the video inspection and I had them look at a few other things I needed done.  The owner then showed up and said he would get back to me with a quote on replacing the blocked line and other items we looked at..... I still have not heard from them 3 weeks later.  Great work guys, it is amazing some people can even actually run a profitable business.  This is one of those cases.

He did a great job.  He did it quickly, no major fuss.  And they were reasonable. 

My original service date was scheduled a day earlier, but because of work commitments, I had to cancel. Thinking it would be another week or so before he could reschedule, I was happy to hear he was able to come out the next day, first thing in the morning. Then... he  didn't show up on time... I was very pleasantly surprised when he was 15 minutes early!   Within 30 minutes the drain was cleared, clean up was made and receipt was in hand. Fair price, excellent service, trustworthy! Highly recommend these guys.

Well the pipe was believed to be fixed so we paid and the plumber left. However, the leak was still there so we had to call the plumber back and have him come back and fix it correctly the second time and pay more money.

Called yesterday and prompt response. Set up appointment for next day and the technician came in to do the job while I am at work. Left no mess. Very good service quality and now everything works. Cost excludes shower faucet and washing machine valves.

Replaced outdoor faucet where hose is hooked up.  Did a good job.

He was  not very professional, but he was punctual which I always appreciate.  My main problem was the cost - he was literally there for 15 minutes and all that was done was a replacement of the wax ring.

Responded to my message within the hour - someone was at our house within an hour after that.  They were able to identify the leak in the ceiling and contain it at that time and came back the next day to make final repairs.  They were very reasonably prices, very responsive and professional and cleaned up after themselves nicely.  I will definitely use them again if a plumbing issue arises. 

On a Sunday, we discovered that our hot water heater was leaking.  Based on Angie's List reviews, I called two places, one of which was Campagna.  I got the voice mail of both companies.  Someone from Campagna called back within about 15-20 minutes.  The other company did not call back until Monday!  Since the leak wasn't too bad, we just asked that they come the following morning.  They took water heater info. over the phone so they would be prepared on Monday, showed up promptly and installed with hot water by late afternoon.  Couldn't ask for more.  Because the other company did not answer or return calls on Sunday, they missed out on business that was guaranteed!

They only spent 30 minutes here and were done. The price was right.

What a great experience. When I called I had to leave a voicemail. I had a call back within the hour. I described my situation and the person was very knowledgable and caring. We scheduled the work to be done the next day. The plumber showed up on time and finished work in a timely manner. The contractor that did the work was very professional. He also took the time to answer all of my questions. Just a great overall experience. Would definatley use this plumber again.
