I had previously used Yamaha of Camp Hill to install tires and inspect my Harley. The tire prices were the lowest of any dealer in the area. And they advertised ride-in one-hour service. I decided to give them a try and took the bike in and waited. The bike came back inspected and all cleaned up with fresh tires. The service technician said it took a little longer than it should have because the axle had corrosion that he had to remove before reinstalling the rear wheel. No worries: the work was professionally done at a reasonable price and I was happy.
Fast forward a year and I was looking for another bike. I visited the dealer to check out a Road Star. Ian showed me the bike and talked about some of the features. What made the sale, however, was that I was offered a test ride. I didn't have to go far -- up the road and back -- and I was pretty well sold. I bought the bike the next day.
The bike was all cleaned up and ready to go and a staff person provided a comprehensive orientation on the features of the bike and some of the maintenance details: where the oil fill plugs are, how to remove the seat to access the tool kit and battery, how to remove the fuel cap and how to cycle through the odometer settings. The orientation was more comprehensive than most of the car deliveries I've experienced.
Overall, I've been very pleased with and quot;YCHand quot; and consider them my go-to dealership.
