Garbage Collection
Moved here seven months ago, and had no problems with putting out clean-out items in addition to one garbage can. As of today, they left behind everything other than the normal garbage (their can only). We've missed several weeks and, of course, received no credit.
Clean-out items include cardboard boxes and paper trash - nothing drastic like old motor oil, atomic waste, or asbestos.
In addition, four months ago I requested a special pickup online (the only way to contact them) and received no reply, not even e-mail confirmation. Their online process for scheduling such service is ridiculously difficult to use, as well.

Garbage Collection
Waste management has the worst customer service. They promptly call if we overfill or don't properly bag or garbage but take their time when we have an issue. They are the most expensive waste collector and they take the least amount of trash. Wouldn't not recommend them to anyone.
