Phone Service - Cellular
Didnt go well. I had to make 3 calls in to verizon before everything worked. The loaner didnt have a SIMM card and I didnt check before we left so I was unable to use the camera portion of the phone. They sold me a protective case that ended up being too snug and causeing the ringer to go to vibrate everytime I picked up the phone and the phone would vibrate for a long time or until I pulled the case off and adjusted the volume. The cell phone only worked twice to make a call. I would have been better off using an app like Voxer to keep in touch with the pet sitter. Ofcourse Verizon wasnt interested in telling me that I could use an app like Voxer becasue it wouldnt have helped increase their revenues. I did complain and a rep refunded me the $20.00 shipping charge, however, it was a small recompense considering the aggrevation that Verizon put me through.
