Tom Chelednik was our Remax Realtor during our house sale and relocation process.  He was excellent, professional, honest, detail oriented, experienced, patient and helped us so much with the home sale process.  The pictures and description of our house were beautiful and accurate.   He did his home work, had flyers printed, brochures for in the house, offered to have an open house the first week. on the market.  We declined because we had so much traffic from his great marketing efforts.   It was a very stressful time and Tom helped so much was on top of the whole process and keep everything on track.  Our home sold in less than 2 weeks and the process went very smoothly.   He thought of everything.  Have worked with other realtors in the past and by far Tom was the best.   Would highly recommend him to anyone.
