Mike's One Call Plumbing & Heating

We have several upscale fixtures in the house and have found that some plumbers can do more damage than good when dealing with fixtures other than the standard lines (e.g., Kohler, American Standard). Mike was recommended to me by a local plumbing supply company. I called Hansgrohe and had the part ready to go. Upon arrival, Mike went right to work, installing the hose quickly and right the first time. Because we have other appliances under the sink area, he even suggested that we shorten the faucet hose so that it works more smoothly. I think he's a one-person show, so it can take some time for him to return calls and fit you into his schedule. That might be a problem for someone with a screaming emergency, but I was happy to wait a few days to get this repair done RIGHT.
