Greg came out to the house and installed our new faucet. He was prompt (arrived right on time!). He completed the job in a timely manner; was extremely neat and very courteous. We found his prices to be very fair. Would definitely recommend his services.

We contacted Mechanical H2O LLC because we were referred to him by friends. I'm so glad we did! Greg (Owner of Mechanical H2O LLC) came to our house and discussed various options for a new and improved heating system. He was very knowledgable on all heating systems, but we were interested in changing from oil to a cleaner, more efficient system. We were tired of the sky rocketing oil prices , and Greg recommended a new 92% high efficient propane gas boiler.
After receiving several different quotes from other reputable plumbing companies, we chose Mechanical H2O LLC for our project. His quote was fair and thorough. Everything was documented that I could easily understand what was included in the proposal. Greg explained the cost difference and the benefits of each system. It was truly a professional experience.
From the time Mechanical H2O LLC arrived at my house to the day they were finished was a pleasant experience. All timelines were met. I run a very tidy house, and not once did I have an issue with workers being unsanitary. At the end of the day, work areas were cleaned and tools and materials stored where they should be. The work that was completed was top rate. The workmanship completed was a true work of art. I wish I could show pictures of the completed project.

The work began as scheduled and stayed within the estimated time line. Both Greg and his subs cleaned up work area each night (since we were using the bedroom next to the shower). Greg supervised most of the work of his subs and if he was not present during the actual work, he checked at the end of the day. Only 2 problems involving work: Greg's tile provider did a good job of helping my wife select her tile. However, they did not mention that the tile she selected was in a higher price range than was provided in the estimate. We decided to go with the more expensive tile. We also knew that the shower door would not be standard, but it took the door contractor several days longer than estimated to manufacture the door and install it. However, all the work, both by Greg and his subs was excellent and very professional. Greg maintained tight control over his subs and ensured the quality of the work. We now have a shower that provides a more pleasant bathing experience and is more in keeping with a master bath. We would use Greg again and recommend him.

From start to finish, Greg was responsive, knowledgable, and a pleasure to work with. He was diligent about the plumbing work and professional and proactive with communication. I will definitely use his services again when plumbing needs arise.
