Appointments were timely and professional. I like the staff and ease of making appointments. My insurance covers most of the expense so I am pleased.

Dr. Kirk, Dr. Mark and the rest of the staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. I feel comfortable going to see them with all the issues I have with my teeth. :/ I always recommend them to family and friends looking for a great dentist in the area.

Love, Love, Love McCracken Dentistry!!!  Our family has been patients for over 20yrs.  They are great from children to adult treatment.  Highly recommend them. 

Everybody that works there is wonderful and professional.  I don’t have any complaints at all.  They have just been terrific.  They have made some good referrals when I have occasionally needed something else but that was very long ago.  The practice is very well organized.  All the people are friendly.  The dentists in addition to being very good at what they do are very willing to answer questions, sometimes very specific and detailed questions.  I had a question about one of the medications I was taking from a doctor and I read that it might have an adverse effect on teeth and I asked him about that.  He read something about it in a professional journal and he photocopied the journal and mailed it to me.  He told me what he remembered but plenty of dentists would not go to that trouble or would feel threatened that you are asking them or would assume that you aren’t bright enough to read a professional journal.  To be honest, I couldn’t understand some of the stuff but that to me was indicative of their high-level quality.  I have been going there for twenty years and I never, ever had anything less than excellent happen to me or said to me.  I am comfortable and I am not nervous about going to the dentist.  I can’t imagine somebody that would not be reassured by these dentists.  They don’t rush you in and out, they treat you like a real person and the hygienists have always been good.  I had an insurance problem and their person in charge of that spent time with me on more than one occasions explaining things and sort of being an advocate for me.  All levels of the business are just really good.

They are awesome, very nice and wonderful people. I feel very comfortable and at ease there. Their professionalism is wonderful; they explain everything. I do not like going to the dentist but on my first time going there they made me very relaxed; that was important for me.

I have seen either Kirk or Mark McCracken for my dental needs for the past 16 years or so.  They are always on time, professional and very caring.  I have an especially small mouth that is difficult for them to get to my back teeth. They always make allowances for this and provide excellent services.  I highly recommend their practice.

McCracken Family Dentistry was recommended to me by a close friend about 8 years ago.  I can not say enough great things about this family dentistry.  My initial visit 8 years ago required 4 hour-long follow up visits for dental planing (deep scaling between the teeth).   Following each visit it was barely noticeable to me that anyone had been working on my teeth for over 60 minutes.  I was expecting a lot of discomfort and possibly pain but I was overwhelmingly surprised by how gentle and pain free the procedures were.  It was then that I was cemented as a patient forever and I have since sent many family and friends there.  I visit McCracken Family Dentistry twice a year for examination and cleaning and I can honestly say that its never been a "dreaded" dentist visit.  They are all so friendly there that's its a pleasant experience from the moment I arrive.  The services I've had performed there are: dental planing, cleanings, a filling and teeth whitening.  To be clear about how I will never go anywhere else, it takes me approminately 25 minutes to reach the McCracken dentistry and on the way I pass at least two dozen other dentistry options that are much close to my home.  Now some of those options I drive by may very well be just as good, but when you already know what you've got in a dentist there's just no reason to go anywhere else even if it is a little further.

They are very good.

They are priced reasonably and you can trust the fact that they don't try to make work in your mouth. A dentist can tell you anything and start drilling and cost you lot of money. I mean, you can’t tell whether what they are saying is true or not sometimes, so you have to trust them. They are pretty good on their appointments.

Overall everything is excellent. When it comes to specialty work, such as crowns, they do a great job. They have the latest technology and advances in dentistry. It is a family run practice with a large base of knowledge.
