It went very well. Jeff handled everything and created a problem-free purchase/sale process for me and for my husband. He is professional, and knows the ins and outs of the real estate world. If there is a way to save you time or money, he will let you know. Jeff is a trusted, genuine, honest man who I would recommend to anyone buying or selling a home.

"Jeff was attentive, non-judgemental, truthful and highly skilled in his product and what we should expect to have happen. He sent listings in a timely fashion, and was there for us to answer questions. Because we were not in town for much of the process, Jeff represented us as he knew we would want to be represented, always in a professional and mannerly fashion. He gave sound advise without making us feel like we were asking too much. He represented us in a way that your company, Century 21, should be proud of. I would use Jeff again to search for and purchase a home at any time. He's an excellent broker and friend. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone. He made the process a lot easier for us. Everything went right in order. He really helped us out a lot. I think he's an excellent person. He really kept us informed throughout the process.

We owned the house for 46 yrs and was not aware of the process and the requirements to sell a house under current regulations , Jeff was very patient to help us navigate through the waters and through the process, and was able to help us with the process of selling the house, we were thankful for his guidance through the entire process.
