I was very unhappy with the stove I got from them. We bought it because it was black. I don't know why we didn't necessarily liked it. It was what we wanted at that particular time but it just didn't seem to be quite right and I don't think it has anything necessarily to do with them, I think it was just us. It was all right. They sold us the stove and they said that we could pick it up in a couple of days and we went to pick it up and that was fine. They were about the same as everybody else as far as price.

I loved JC Penny. I thought they were wonderful. It went perfect. I called and said I was interested in in home consultation. I didn't really know what it was that I wanted, but I wanted to redo all the windows in the downstairs of my house with either blinds or drapery, or something like that. They sent him over and he was fantastic. He offered suggestions and I loved his suggestions. I have a rather large window in my family room that is hard to design and he designed window treatments for that. Then we had go with a different type of thing for the backside of my house, but still coordinated it. We got it all done, I put a deposit down, and they said the would get it in as soon as they could. I think it was 6 weeks later they called and said it was ready. Then the installers came with the stuff and they got everything installed really quickly. I was shocked how fast they got it up. It looks gorgeous. I couldn't be more happy.
