They didn't do a very good job because we still had ants; eventually, we dropped them. I found the source of the ants and got rid of them myself.

They come out once a year, but if I have problems, they will come out as often as I need. I did some investigating and they were by far the cheapest. I have had a contract with them for the last 7-8 years.
