I called the Hbg. office mid-morning and they had a serviceman out that afternoon to accommodate my work schedule. Bill was quick, professional, and a pleasure to work with. I had another company out months before and they were unable to diagnose the problem. Bill identified the issue, brought the part and had it fixed in short order.

If I could give them higher then an A I would.

I had someone else come out first who told me I needed over $100 worth of parts. He never showed back up so I called Harris, they came out and said I didn't need new parts and did the fix quickly.

They do a fine job showing what the issues are and give choices and good on advice on rather or not fixes are needed.

It took me a long time to find them but now that I got them I don't call nobody else.

They'll match price on anybody so price is but they service everything, so it makes life easier.

I'm always surprised at how quickly they can respond. They were called on Friday morning and they came out yesterday morning now that's pretty quick; and there was two phone calls from them to make sure timing wise to verify they were coming.

I appreciate that I know when they are coming . They were supposed to be here between 9 and 11, I think they showed up at 9:05. The technician had called me at 8:55 to "I'm on my way I'll be there in  10 to 15 minutes".

I have never had a bad experience with any of their technicians.

Harris has been very good about coming out to fix our Kitchenaid dishwasher. We have never had so many repairs on one appliance. Harris has been out to our home on three  different occassions to fix this same appliance. Kitchenaid  now sent us a new warranty contract and wants almost $700 for a new contract. We could purchase a new dishwasher at that price. If there are new problems with the dishwasher we will either call Harris to repair the dishwasher or purchase a new one, but it will not be a Kitchenaid.

My experience with them is nothing really outstanding, but I would consider them and look there if I needed to buy something in the future.

I purchased refrigerator, washer and dryer first time around. When my dishwasher needed replacing I went back as I was pleased the first time around. Big mistake on my part!! I bought one of the 2 drawer dishwashers (which was very expensive) and when they came to install it the unit set back into the cabinets. I asked why it was not flush as my other unit was and I was told that is the way this type of dishwasher is. I called the store as a customer has 30 days to report and pick a different unit if you are dissatisfied. I went back to the store and chose another model that was approximately $500.00 less. I made arrangement for this one to be installed and the other one to be picked up. When the new one was delivered, the repairman was having great difficulty installing the new unit. He said he had never installed one before so he was going to have to have someone else come out and finish the install. The next day another person came and also had great difficulty with the insulation that is placed on the unit to absorb noise. He finally was able to finish installing it and we were able to use the dishwasher. Hang tight not the end of the story yet…. About 3 days later we notice the door would not open up all the way so I called again and this time they sent the supervisor of the repairmen out to look at the problem. He said it was not installed properly so he took it out and reinstalled it. The next week, the unit was crooked in the cabinet; yep called them back again. When I called them back I mentioned to the salesperson that sold me the dishwasher that I had not received the difference between the 2 units yet. He said he was not aware of any refund to be issued; I reminded him that we spoke about it when I picked a unit that was more reasonably priced that the first one. Bottom line, I had to call the main office and was speaking with the owner when all was said and done. I did finally get my refund. They did finally get the dishwasher to look descent so I was finally happy. A couple of months ago, we replaced out countertops and the carpenter asked who installed our dishwasher as it was not hooked up properly. Then this last week, my refrigerator was freezing everything on the refrigerator side so I called Harris Appliance since I had bought it there. The representative on the phone was very pleasant while she was taking my information then said could I hold on, so I did. She came back and said they would not be able to service me at this time. I asked why and she said I was on the do no service list. Imagine that, a customer only wants to have what they bought to be correct and you turn out to be the bad guy. Unless you want a nightmare do not use Harris Appliance.!!!
