Zero stars. Erika is unethical, rude, inconsistent, and way out of her depth. She misrepresented herself, gave terrible advice, showed me zero homes, presented nothing but roadblocks throughout the buying process, and in the end added $8000 in closing costs without my consent. Stay away, she is by far the worst real estate agent I have ever encountered.

She was condescending and always kept us waiting at least 20 minutes for appointments. She was difficult to get a hold of and took her time returning messages. We missed out on 2 houses because we had to wait for days to see them. Other agents were showing the houses and they were vacant so I don't know why we could not see them also. When our contract was up, we hired another Realtor who was wonderful and quickly found the house we live in. I am glad Erika did not get a dime from us. By the way, I was a few months pregnant so finding a house was a top priority for us. We were serious buyers!
