We needed to have the carpet cleaned, which we perform annually.  Enviro Group arrived on time, got right to work and educated us on our carpet and its condition.  He focused on the areas where our dog sleeps, and did a great job on our stairs.  He provided us some instructions on to better maintain the carpet in the long haul and I was super pleased that he extracted the carpet well enough that it wasn't really wet, which is something I experienced from other vendors.
