The salesperson I was dealing with initially was abruptly terminated and was replaced by one of the owner's sons. After that, the realtor seemed to loose interest in representing me as the seller, but more in trying to get me to accept a much lower price from investor-type buyers. I seldom heard from anyone at Century21, but finally sold the property as a result of a multi-list contact.
