They communicate well. We've use them several times; when we get really in trouble on the computer, we call them and they will spend some time with us. They charge us fairly and there are times that they didn't charge us for their service. They were able to fix it over the phone, probably those are minor problems and we are not that computer literate. They are good and focusing on a lot of good things. Our overall experience to them is outstanding.
