Artist Touch Painting and Faux Finishes

Excellent. He was honest with me on the choices I had made and made his suggestions and designed a few samples for our approval.  He cleaning up after himself and was a very hard and dedicated artist.

James Hecker, owner of Artist Touch or Jamie as his plethora of very satisfied clientele call him, was a GODSEND! From our initial conversation, I just knew he was and quot;the oneand quot;. I had been searching for a professional to paint my master bath for quite awhile to no avail. After joining Angie's List I contacted several prospects. Not one returned my call--except Jamie and within two hours of my email! As luck would have it, I caught him between jobs and we set an appointment for a free consultation the following day. Three days later....I had a totally gorgeous master bathroom.
Jamie has fun creating his art. It's easy to see he really puts a lot of thought into expressing his concepts, composition, balance, colors, perspective and formatting of each detail throughout the entire project. He has developed his own real signature.
A true artiste. Jamie's work is amazing and this is no and quot;faux flatteryand quot; by any means. He takes great pains and measured actions to exceed the expectations and concerns of all his valued clients. He exemplifies this very practice in his excellent talent and skills as a former construction worker, restorative carpenter and fine artist. Not only did Jamie listen to my vision for my home, but he educated me along the way as to artistic expertise. My confort level with Jamie was evident straightaway. He is trustworthy and I had no problems in giving him the key to my home, which I rarely do. Coming home every evening to see what and quot;magicand quot; had transpired that day was a delicious treat! It comes a no surpise that Jamie was recognized as an Innovative Designer, twice featured in the Lancaster Parade of Homes and showcased on the HGTV series, and quot;Look What I Didand quot;.
But don't let all that hype fool you, Jamie is down-to-earth and very reasonable and fair in his pricing. His website is awesome! Good thing I contacted him before I saw his website, otherwise, after seeing his beautiful art I may have thought him way out of my price range.
Jamie is an artist who stands behind his work and will work with just about any budget. Now's the time to get your home ready for the holidays!! I rate James Hecker an A+++.
P.S. After seeing how beautiful my bathroom was transformed, I had Jamie faux my kitchen walls and an old Italian cabinet. Next...the kitchen cabinets!

Since I was able to make a decision on the paint color that day of my consultation, Artist Touch was able to return the next morning and begin my project. All valuable and furniture were moved to the center of the room, than all floors and furniture were covered with drop cloths to protect my belongings. He worked quickly and professionally, finishing the room that afternoon.
Jamie, sole-proprietor of Artist Touch Painting and Faux Finishes, is also a journeyman carpenter and fine artist. He is very creative and open to listening to any dreams (ideas) you have. We are discussing having Artist Touch build me a block headboard for this guest room bed, and then artistically painting the headboard to match my comforter. Although I have not yet scheduled this job, I am very excited about this project! Custom, one of a kind, professional artistic renditions for my home. Who could ask for anything more?

Jamie was a constant professional and arrived on time ready to work. He gave us creative design ideas but left the decision up to us. His is truly a MASTER FAUX ARTIST. He is not a painter that does faux but an ARTIST that does almost anything and the difference is astounding. His attention to all aspects and detail were unprecedented and really showed up in his work. We were also very happy with the fact that he took great care in keeping the home clean. We still walk into the rooms that he completed and are amazed at the quality and power of the art/faux. We will have him come back and complete another section on our trey ceiling in the downstairs Master bedroom. I was born and raised in Germany and Italy for 21 years and Jamie has recreated the Old World European experience to perfection. I would highly recommend him for any work, you will be amazed.
