Everything turned out great thanks to Donald Cohen. We were buying a Real Estate Owned property, therefore the situation was out of the ordinary. Two days before closing on the new home a huge problem occurred with the title. There was a judgment against the title that threatened our closing date and our purchase all together. Donald took action and moved things along when I and the real estate agent failed. We are moving into our new home thanks to Donald. He is friendly, knowledgeable and treated us like family. We will recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage.
