The VW left us sit with a dead short and no headlights. I called and within 30 minutes a tow truck came and picked up the car and my wife and I and delivered us and the car home. I found the problem later and repaired the issue. My wife's car battery went dead and they came to the house and performed an entire check on the system and showed me what was wrong and with the membership it has been no cost to me. I recommend this to everyone to have for the services that they offer when you are a member.

went well. they came out within 1/2 hr after I called and set up membership via phone. the tech was very friendly and helpful in getting the car moving and recommendation to get the battery changed (which turned out was indeed the issue).
