Siding Service
Regardless of having a contract there were many changes. A few no show days with multiple excuses. Some missing items from our tool shed. Litter found stashed and strewn around the property. Contractor had little knowledge of building codes and did not backfill as stated in contract. Convinced us after multiple roof leaks that our older shingles on the main house were the problem so we stopped calling about the leaks after his "verbal" warranty expired. June of 2011 we replaced shingles on the main house and found a tarred over T shirt shoved in a gap under flashing where the leaks had been. The stress of suing this unprofessional outfit would be too much for my husband who has health issues but I would NEVER have anything good to say about Siding Surgeons and Nick Kephart. And we DID send him pictures of the gap and T shirt with no response.
