Mike and his crew were hardworking and skillful. Mike had chosen a design and plants that would work well in this location. They were able to work between "rains" and we are extremely satisfied with the project results.

Mike has agreed to replace tree/shrubs with in a year of work. I notified him in 9th month that the tree is dead. He originally replied saying he will take care of it and it?s been 3 months and did not show up. Doesn?t respond to phone calls, texts, emails. Poor quality and customer responsiveness. Doesn?t keep his contract agreement.

Mike and his crew did a great job! He knows a lot about plants and was able to recommend and plant numerous replacements. Most importantly my wife approved of their work, and she is a perfectionist!

Mike was very easy to work with. He promptly responded to emails and phone calls, and he and his team arrived when they said they would and finished the job in a timely manner. He was also very knowledgeable about the plants and trees he installed and gave us instructions on how to care for all the new plants. I am having him come back in the fall to complete more landscaping

I have hired Critchlow's Outdoor Creations for three different projects over the past few years. For all three projects, Mike Critchlow was always on budget and on time. The most recent project completed in the fall of 2014 was a major hardscape project for a hotel in Snowshoe, WV we were renovating (Corduroy Inn). Mike took on this project in a rather remote location with a tight timeframe. Mike temporarily moved to WV for 2 months to do the project. He finished on time/on budget, in time for us to open the hotel for the ski season. The quality of his work was outstanding. One of the things I like most about working with this company is that Mike Critchlow, the owner, works directly on the project ensuring quality. Mike does not just "sell" the work and then leave it to his labor to do the work. He himself is onsite all the time supervising and doing the work himself. The result is a tremendous level of quality workmanship. Working with Mike has been one of the better contractor experiences I have ever had.
