A Zito Custom Hardwood Floors

Andrew, Dave, and their team were absolutely wonderful! They were very professional, passionate about their work, personable, and were in constant communication with us! Their work is beautiful! We would highly recommend them!

Andy and his team sanded the existing wood floors in several area’s of our home and re-stained with new color of stain. I wanted to change the stain color on the floors and keep the same color on the wood stairs. Andy helped reaching the final stain color by mixing different stains together. He did a wonderful job. Would hire again.

Excellent. Knowledgable. Was a little hard to make initial contact with but we got together without too much trouble. Not the cheapest, but if you want it done right the first time, this is your guy. I had a 30 year professional contractor come to do another job in my house and he thought the floor in my dining room was a laminate, that's how good it looks. He also wanted the name of the floor contractor so he could contact him and have him do work for his company in the future. How's that for an endorsement? Definately use again in the future.

They showed up when they said they would and they took 2 days to do the job. It was a nice and excellent job. I like them because they did what they said they would do, they refinished the floors and the floors were beautiful. I also told them that I want somebody when they walked up and went to the living room they will say, "Wow!", and they did it, it's a wow job that they did.

Andrew and crew showed up on time and finished promptly. The floors look great, much better then I expected. There were many stains and worn spots....all gone. They did a remarkable job on the steps. No dust left in the house. This is the second time I've used their services, they get better each time.

They were very good. My experience with them was
excellent. They were meticulous. Initially we had a little trouble getting in
touch with them but once we finally contacted them, it was excellent. They were
trustworthy.

Dave is a perfectionist. His work is wonderful. Everyone who has seen our floors is impressed.

This man is amazing, very professional and definitely knows his hard wood floors! He came into my home, told me the type of wood floor I had. He knew the history of how craftsmen did the floors back then. He explained the entire history of my home, basically. Things I never knew. He gave me his professional opinion in regards to restoring the hardwood vs replacing it with various types of flooring. He took my love for old houses in to great consideration. He too loves old homes. He explained everything, the whole entire process, step by step. He had numerous colors, stains, sealants to choose from. He gave me his expert opinion on everything, even to not changing the color of my walnut wood encasements around my windows and privacy doors. He was impecable with his timing. He was always punctual, well, early, actually. I ran late most of the time. He was here when he said he was going to be here. He presented me with cleaning solution and the equipment to do so. He gave me time frames on when I could go into the room, what to wear when walking on it, to keep the kids and dogs off of it for a period of time, etc. All the information a person could want. He could have sold me a new hard wood floor and I would have agreed to it. But he didn't. He loved my floors and highly suggested just restoring them. He could have ran me through the ringer, but he didn't. He was very honest! I had a few stains in the hardwood. They were there before we bought this old house. He told me they would come out. A few might lightly be seen, but it gives the house character. When he was finished, it looked like I had a brand new dining room! The stains came out! I thought for sure the floor was a goner! He restored my floor to where it looks like a brand new hard wood floor! I would use this company again, again and again! Actually, I am contracting him to do my entire home. It's all hardwood throughout. His work is amazing. Very clean! No dust, no gross amount of fumes, nothing! He is amazing at what he does! Definitely a recommended company!!!!!

He was very polite and professional. He uses an environmentally friendly product, so his cost was higher than other companies. As we were not living in the house at the time, we were not concerned with the fumes.
