ZIPPY'S PAINTING & REPAIRS

Paul (the owner) is sometimes hard to get in touch with.  He is very busy.  You just have to keep after him.  It is worth it.  
Zippy's team is great.  The guys are courteous.  You not always sure when they are showing up for outside work. They give you a window of time and then call the night before.  They come early!   They are neat and do an excellent job. 
We have been painting our house for 4 years.  It is a 123 years old, white wooden sided house.  We have been working on one side each summer.  We have used a special tool to grind off all the paint to bare wood.  Then another tool to sand it.  Then we primed it with oil based primer.  The painters are hired to do all the caulking and paint the entire side with two coats of latex paint in two days. We do this so we have no lap marks from painting one section at a time ourselves.  The final product is perfect.  
Zippy's team has done a lot of painting for us and we will continue to use them.

Two men from Zippy's company came to paint 2 rooms in my house and 2 doors.  They showed up on time and started painting with white paint.  I had asked for a light mint green.  After I brought it to their attention that I DID NOT want white paint, they called their boss who contacted the paint store to order new paint.  The one man left and drove 40 minutes to pick up the "correct" paint color.  When he returned the men began painting again and it STILL WAS NOT the correct paint color!!  Almost 12 hours later, I had a house with white paint tinted green in the light.  My 5 year old nephew could have done a better paint job and at least he knows his colors!  What happened to the customer is always right?!?  I WILL NEVER use Zippy's painting again and would NEVER recommend them to anyone!

They were very professional, quick, and I will utilize them again.
