TOM MC MAHON ROOFING

Called Tom for an estimate. I had to call him a couple of times to get a written estimate. When I received it, there was very little information on form and when asked, he just said "Oh yeah, that is all included, it'll be on the contract." Told him I would like to have him do the job, but would like some references of recent roofs he's done. Said he would drop off the contract with some references, but I never got it. Called him again because the roof was leaking and I thought he could put something on it to protect it until he was able to get to us (said 2 wks.). He said no problem and came over the next evening but said he would do it first thing in the morning. Next morning it was raining and he said h would get up there as soon as it stops, but he never came back and would never return my calls. Pretty much dropped off the face of the earth.
