L&M Construction and Home Remodeling

Was to take 3 to 4 weeks. Started September 26th, still not done. Very hard to get Leroy back, had to drive out to his home and meet face to face to get any response. Came back did some work, then nothing. Last visit to his home was June 17th around 0900 hrs. Said he would be there either on the 22nd or 23rd. Did not show, nor any call with excuse. Called, left message with no response as usual. Leroy has done damage and tried to cover it up,but not very good. Plaster job in bathroom lousy and paint job by subcontractor (Leroy's choice) very messy. Sent email on 6-30-2017 stating that he has until 7-7-2017 to respond as t is way over due. In my email, I did type the wrong dates (typed 15th or 16th for when he would show to finish). I also let him know that many of the ceiling tiles he installed in the game room were on the floor. New flooring in kitchen very poor when cutting around doorways, big gaps. Pictures attached will show the poor quality of work as well. Have more pictures, but this should be a good indication. New door in basement won't even shut. I told Leroy that I felt that the place wouldn't be ready for carpet when it was scheduled, and I was right. Paid $21,050 for work not finished (for some reason price won't load in Approximate cost of service box below) Scott just tried to call Leroy again, just to be fair to give him a chance to answer, but only got voice mail again, 07/12/2017 @ 12:20PM. Made a big mistake by giving total price before finishing.
