Joe Lucas Window Cleaning

Mr. Lucas has done my windows several times now and I am very happy with him personally and his work.  I have a ranch home so no second story to deal with, but a lot of windows.  He is really great about removing my window screens, washing the window and then replacing the screen.  I just need to go around and lock the screens in place.  I also have plastic block panes in several of my windows and he gets them out better than me to wash the window.  He also wipes down the frames and window sills.  Whatever he uses keeps the windows very clean for a good while.  He is very good about getting into the corners and not leaving streaks.  Sometimes he is alone and sometimes has a helper do the outside.  Once I paid him to clean my gutters and he did a great job, I just usually choose to do that myself.  He is always very friendly and personable when he is here.  I highly recommend him.

Joe is a super nice guy.  Sometimes it takes a little while for him to get back to you if he is in a busy season but he is worth the wait.  He is always polite and friendly.  I have a ranch with a large picture window, single hung windows, some of these have the plastic inserts that create small squares.  Joe will also remove my screens, wash the windows, and then replace the screens.  He is very thorough.  I've never seen dirty corners or smears.  He words fast but efficiently.  He also cleans gutters but I haven't had him do that yet.  HIGHLY recommend him.
