"I am sorry to hear that you feel that you have not received the service you deserve, but all of the official technician notes turned in to the company indicate that the job is complete. We are not responsible for the technician doing extra work or unauthorized work for you. Also, the phone works both ways, considering per the technician, the work was complete and the file was closed, we would have no need to call you. But, since you feel more works needs done, you can call the office and they would be happy to help you, which is something that has not been done. Have a great day. One last thing, we do not take work off of this site due to it being a scam. We only responded to this because we saw it. Other than that, we could not care less what gets put on here."

"As a company we strive to provide top quality customer service and feel bad when a customer is not completely happy. At the same time, you are a home warranty customer and we MUST follow the rules and price guidelines set by YOUR home warranty company. As a company we went above and beyond to resolve your issue and were met with opposition by you every step of the way, we even performed your work after hours when we are in over time rates and we did not charge you over time even though over time is NOT authorized by your home warranty. We tried to explain to you that any issues with price would have to be taken up with the home warranty company. If you had cashed out your claim and contracted us to perform the work directly, we feel that you would have had a much better result. We do not make the rules for home warranty claims and can not control how much they cover or how much they make you pay. It would be an easier process if you didn't try to hold other people responsible for your issues."
