There were so many things that Steve said he would do and never came to actually do. He claimed he had professionals working for him and I know they were not as you could tell they were people that he had picked up somewhere. There was an instance where the people working for him were not getting paid. It was just headache after headache with this guy. He knows what he is doing and knows how to take advantage of people. He is a scam artist and good at it. He took a lot of money from us and did not finish the jobs he was suppose to do. We have a garage that is not complete because he has not completed the work we paid him for. Not only did he not finish the work, there were several parts of the work that were done incorrectly. It was one lie after another as he always had an excuse for why he couldn't get certain materials as well as why he couldn't finish the job. There was an instance with the siding where it was all piled up and we had asked him to move the boards for us so that we could park and he actually put the boards on his truck and never brought them back. There was also another instance where his kids came and painted our shutters and they ended up taking the shutters. I asked him what he was doing with the shutters and he mentioned that he was just storing them while he was doing the work. I actually called channel 4 and had them call him to get my shutters back or they would put him on the news. Well he brought them back, but not all of them and the ones that he returned were ruined. The paint was peeling off and we had to scrap all the shutters that he returned. I would not recommend him to anyone! We are senior citizens and this man took advantage of us.

He was also supposed to replace our garage doors for us. He was supposed to put on gutters and ended up using the wrong ones. He was supposed to have the dirt he dug up for the project, graded and removed. He was supposed to put siding on our home as well as put up a special steep truss, which he ended up using the cheapest one and ruining the loft.
