Description of Work: Last July we ask Mr. Hoover to remodel 2 bathrooms and a kitchen later if we liked his work. In his first and only visit he indicated he could have the work done by Christmas and asked my wife and I to pick out tiles,vanities and an air tube. With in 4 weeks we had everything he requested and then we faxed him all the information and called him on his Bus. Cell to verify he got the info and of course he called back and said he got it. That was our third phone call and the last time we talk to him. One week went by then a month and still no call from Mr. Hoover. We began calling him at home and and on his cell to find out when he was going to start so we can order the vanity and tub. After several weeks we gave up trying to get in touch with him. Every time we called we left a message for him to call back to to us at his convenience. Again, weeks turned into months and no call back from Mr. Hoover. We began to conclude he was too busy or he thought we were small fry and not worth the trouble. In November I called him and asked if he could at least take 5 minutes of his time and let us know were we stand. Again, no call back from Mr.Hoover. My final phone call about a week later stated that we were really surprised and disappointed by his silence and the fact he couldn't give us a minute of his time to call us back was what we believed a reflection of his character and now if anybody asks about why our bathrooms never got done especially before Christmas we place the blame on him. The true measure of a man is how good his word is. Be advised that if he did that to us he has the potential to do it to anybody. I have feeling if I had a check for a million dollars in my hand and I asked Mr. Hoover to build me a house before Christmas it would have been done by Thanksgiving.

Description of Work: Hoover Construction removed a bathroom and turned it into a home office about 9 months ago.
