Very well.. We worked well together to follow the design I laid out. The end product looked like it came out of a Pottery Barn ad. Very Beautiful.

Paul Glasgow gave us a quote for a full kitchen and bath remodel. With this estimate, he was very honest -- said he won't ever be the most expensive, but won't be the cheapest either. We ended up adding in an installation of a front door and back door. The quote included general supplies and labor, including demo/removal of all old stuff. He gave us contact information for vendors to call for cabinets, doors, shower glass, tile, etc. His quote was timely -- and most important, he actually returned phone calls and text! He also kept in constant contact with the vendors to ensure the project was moving along as promised. He arrived with his crew earlier than originally planned. He kept in constant contact about decisions as questions came up. He also believes in finishing the job before starting another one. It was great to know his team was trustworthy and they were really great to work with. Finished product exceeded expectations. Will be using Paul & team for future jobs.

Paul and his crew are the best, they show up on time daily, no matter the weather. My house was built around 1800 and the challenges are many, but no matter what monkey wrench is thrown in he works it out without complaint. There is not one true or plumb angle in this house but you would not notice because of the way he has finished his work. He also doesn't complain when I see something else that needs to be done, it's like uncovering a can of worms, you fix one thing and that reveals something else that needs to be done. I'm lucky right now is the slow season because he stays extremely busy during good weather months. I've hired Paul to do just about everything you can think of and he's come thru every time. I just can't say enough about what a great, reasonable and honest contractor he is. He is even texturing the ceiling in my living room as a gift to mom for all the work we have given him. The current job will be finished in about two weeks and it's going to be very strange not to have him working on something here, I've had a lot to keep him busy for some time now. Paul Glasgow has been working on my house doing various renovation projects for about 2 years now and I thank the day I found him on Angie's List.

They were A all the way. I would recommend him to anybody. He is good, he knows what he is doing. He is very professional. I have complete confidence in him.

Hard to get Paul to respond to voicemails.  First quote appt he didn't show up or call.  I called to confirm our appt and his wife informed me that he was sick.  We rescheduled and he showed up on time.  Paul's quote was within $200 of two other quotes.  Began work on time with two other employees.  Paul and co was there every day on time.  Put in much more time than scheduled due to the 70 year old framing needing re-plumbed.  Took longer than quoted, but not unexpected due to the unforseen problems. Finished product looked nice and we were happy. 
Two months later we started to smell sewer gas in the bathroom.  Called Paul twice and left voicemails each time - no response.  Called a plumber in and found that the toilet was not leveled properly on the tile floor and the toilet drain flange was not sealed at all to the cast iron sewer drain pipe.  The plumber (Renyold's Plumbing) fixed the problem in less than 2 hrs for $90.
A month later I noticed that the tile grout line that butts up against the tub was cracking.  Today that grout line is cracked the entire length of the tub.  I would assume there must be a technique or product out there to prevent grout cracking due to the flexing of the tub.
These issues, less than 6 months after the job was complete, along with the lack of responsiveness from Paul, is enough for me not to use Glasgow construction again. 

Paul returned my call promptly and was here for an estimate at the specified time. I live in an original log cabin that has been changed many times over the years so is quite a challenge to work with. Paul and his crew worked hard, were punctual, pleasant to be around and finished a challenging job in one week. They answered all my questions no matter how stupid they may have sounded, ( I don't know construction, only basics), and accommodated me on changes I asked for during their work. Things came up that I didn't think of until they were working. Paul was also very helpful in  giving me advice on other problems without any expectation of getting another job. We have asked him for estimates on rebuilding a deck, painting our shutters and trim and fixing problems with our gutter system. I could go on but suffice it to say Paul is not just a person who does construction and remodeling but is a craftsman in his profession. He really cares about the homeowner and doing his job well. I would recommend him to anyone I know, in fact I already have.

Some of the reasons we like Paul so much:
He is meticulous. It has to be done right!
They are very neat and clean up after themselves each day.
They are honest and we feel totally comfortable leaving them alone in the house.
They show up when they say they will.
No construction work is cheap but Paul is extremely fair.
We enjoy Paul's personality very much.

Paul does a great job.  He is very talented and always seems to throw in a little extra design that you didn't think of that makes it even nicer.  He gets the job done.  Shows up every day.  He's a little messy but I will admit I am anal about a clean house.

I would recommend everything.

Glasgow's crew was on-site every weekday and even on some weekends.  They kept me informed of the progress every step of the way and notified me of issues as they arised.  They kept within the amount quoted except for items that could not be planned for such as leaky water pipes and faulty electrical wiring.  They finished a week early and the house looked great!

I added on some extras. They did the job in 2 weeks and 2 days so they were very efficient and diligent in their work.

Paul and crew worked very efficiently from start to finish. The total job took 2 weeks and 2 days to complete which I thought was wonderful. I was very apprehensive hiring someone that I didn't know to come into my home. I had no worries with this crew. They went straight to work. The drywall and textured ceiling look great. I would hire them back in a second.

The team was such a great group of guys (and girl!), that I could leave them work in the house without even being home. They showed up every day, on time, went straight to work, and were very considerate of noise/dust etc. They swept every day before leaving, and had all tools and equipment neatly out of the way. All charges were itemized and appropriate. I wish they could move in for a year to do everything I ever wanted around my home! They were very professional, without being stuffy, and a joy to work with.

Work was done on time and in a professional manner, Paul and crew responded to various changes and issues without drama and got the job done. I will add photos asap. House looks great! I actually thought I could refinish the hardwoods myself, but was I wrong! Paul came to the rescue and finished them for me, they look awesome. The floor was originally covered with carpet with pad adhered to the wood, after I removed that mess, there where a thousand nails in the floor. What a mess! I don't know how Paul was able to make it look so beautiful, but he did. Thanks so much to all of the guys for a job well done.

Sanded, stained and varnished original 30 year old abused, oak hardwood floors, removed nails, old putty, floors look amazing, better than new. As usual a fantastic job.

Today's job was fairly small compared to some of the other work done here by Glasgow. It was a matter of leveling our floor in order to get it ready to have new carpet installed. The guys took up the carpet to look at the problem. When it turned out that the repair needed was different than originally thought, they communicated with my husband by phone about what needed to be done and with his ok, went about their job. They were done in a short time and the floor is ready to go! We can't say enough about Paul, his crew and the work they do. Their work is excellent and the prices are very reasonable but what matters even more to us is their honesty and work ethic. They show up when they say they will and they care for the house as if it were their own. They are extremely neat and highly conscientious. We are blessed to have them to call on when we need a home repair.

Awesome job, unbelievable workmanship and efficiency, All of the above work was completed in 2 weeks. Paul is a perfectionist that will not accept second best. He has extensive knowledge of all aspects of construction and is skilled at all of them. He and his crew worked seamlessly to ensure the work was done in a timely fashion and at an excellent value. The house also needs a new roof and chimney removal as well as sidewalks ect, and I will be using Glasgow construction to complete these projects in the spring. Paul was extremely accomidating to any changes and there was absolutely NO DRAMA when I wanted to change something, he just did what I asked. Can't recommend him highly enough.
