Garage Door Service
I scheduled a call to have some minor repair work done on a garage door. On the day of the service, I called and spoke with the owner of the company to see if he knew what time they were coming as I had to go pay my respects at the funeral home and wanted to know how to plan my day.
He became very disrespectful on the phone and then told me to find someone else to do the job that would fit my schedule and that if he wanted someone to complain to him he has a wife for that; he didn't want my business and was taking me off his schedule. He then hung up on me. I will not repeat the entire conversation only to say you don't treat your customers the way he treated me on the phone.
I am sorry someone died and I had to call him to ask a simple question about what time they might be coming. I will find someone else to do the work. I will never call this business again for anything. They are located in Butler, PA.
