FRESHEN UP CARPET CARE

I've used the big-name carpet cleaners and felt like they were on such a tight schedule that they rushed and didn't do a good job...plus they were more expensive.

Everything was fine. They were there quick and did what they were supposed to do. They were a reasonable price.

Do not use this company.
My only regret is telling people too late about this service.
The person who came to clean the upstair bedrooms and hall did a horrific job.
I told them I had dogs and they needed to deep clean and use a protector on the rug afterwards.
The entry way into the bedrooms did not look clean. Could still see dog rememinces in the rug, and the hallway rug never looked as though it was even cleaned. The reason I can tell you this is because I had to redo the rugs myself and the problems that were there -- were gone when I was done.
Worst of all, the person that did the cleaning, broke the left side leg of my cedar chest! The leg was so badly damaged that the wood was spintered where there was stress placed against the leg -- that's how I can tell it was pushed instead of lifted (plus I asked someone in the furniture business). Pushing the chest would be the only way it would happen as that chest is strong and heavy and well built. I have moved it many times, but by lifting, and I did tell him there would be no furniture in the rooms but 3 cedar chests and a bed. He was to clean around the bed but move (LIFT) the chests. When I came and found the chest had been broken (and not repairable) I was horrified and angry!
So whatever you do, don't use this company. Don't know the guys name and and it's probably better that way.
Since I had to reclean the rooms AND he DESTROYED my cedar chest they should refund the money spent and add compensation for the chest. After all that mess and carelessness, I cleaned the rugs and, I DID A BETTER JOB!! Should have done that in the first place, but I didn't have the time since I was moving from NJ to PA in a few days.

The experience was outstanding.

Very nice guy, arrived on time, and spent the entire day. Carpets were cleaned very well and were not overly damp afterwards. Carpets were completely dry in less than 24 hours.

Punctual, a great guy and responsible to come back, at no cost and treat new stains that might come up from lower carpet or pad. Wants you to be satisfied. I am. Price is very competitive.
