 + -1 morei found out they dont protect the seller they are only interested in comission. there were mutiple blunders with paper work and since i have sold many properties in the past i feel that this company misrepresents the sellers thru negligence and total disregard for procedures. i wish i had heard of angies list before i got these people to sell my property.
Description of Work: avoid this company as to representing you as the seller. my experince has been they are nothing but amaturers in real estate business.
