They did an examination and brought me an estimate on how much everything would cost. They clearly explained the cost differences between the different choices I could make on the types of medications my cat was getting. They were very professional and good with my cat. The prices are pretty good too. I will use this vet in the future. In fact, I am taking another one of my sick cats to them in a couple of days. This price included his examination, ears being cleaned, an antibiotic, worming medicine, and ear mite medicine with ear cleaning solution.

They are awesome. They are good group of people there. The staff is awesome. The work environment is clean. It is not noisy. It is very very nice. They have separate area for exam rooms for cats and dogs. It is really a nice environment for the animals and they treat animals like kings and queens. They are little bit pricey, but they give excellent service. I would use them in the future.

The vets and techs were caring and compassionate with my dog--and me. Service was prompt, diagnoses and suggested follow-up were thorough, fees delightfully reasonable.

Everyone at BVA take the time needed to inform and educate us about our pets. I have never left there and felt left down with the services that we have received. I especially like how they take their time and make sure that things are understood. I can call anytime and get an answer to my questions. They always return my calls. The hours are convenient and I can use my care card to help keep my dog family healthy and happy. Gizmo is home and will go back in two weeks for another check up. But if something happens in between I know I can count on BVA to be there when I need them. I take all my pets there. I feel the care is exceptional and the array of services provided give me everything i need in one convenient package so that I can stay within that circle of trust. They are also very good at referring me to places to purchase things they don't necessarily stock and that helps me keep outside pricing reasonable. If I don't know something I ask and they seem to have the answer to help me and all of my pet family. Thanks to everyone at the Butler Veterinary Associates for all their tender loving care and expertise! We all appreciate their hard but faithful occupations. They should be proud of the work that they do every day for all the animals in their care.

Dr. Herschl is our vet. They are great! We drive 1 ½ hour each way to see them for anything important, they are that fantastic. When we get another dog we will go back to them. We found their prices were lower than other vets here in Pittsburgh.

I love how he is one of the few veterinarians in the area who works with farm animals. He charged much less than other veterinarians in the area. He charged a very reasonable price for saving my goat's life, including all the special attention and the x-rays done on her. I was expecting to pay twice as much as he charged me. He is a fantastic vet and one that I would recommend highly.
