They did an excellent job and much better than we ever expected. Considering the prior owner had a small dog who had left the carpet stained and odored in places. We didn’t think the smell would completely come out. It’s been almost a year since the cleaning and still no odors. The stains haven’t reappeared either. I’m going to be using this company again soon and plan on only scheduling with them for carpet cleaning. They’re also very reasonably priced.

I live four hours away, so I coordinated everything via phone and email. Bill was very friendly, professional, and responsive when I contacted him; he quoted a fair price and did a fantastic job. There was one large stain in particular that I was very concerned about, but he was able to get it out and the carpets look terrific. I would highly recommend Bill and wouldn't hesitate to hire him again!
