Worth reading. Ruined our floors TWICE! Do not waste your money! *This review contains photos on Google and Yelp* Andrew assessed our floor, did not note any damage and said any gaps in our floor could NOT be filled due to a lack of subfloor. Dave came over on day 1 and filled half the gaps - not sure why. Dave assured me the sanded, the natural wood color would stay the same, and would not darken with sealant and poly. Once the poly had dried we noticed horribly darkened damaged spots.. hair/BUGS/dust trapped in the poly, spill stains, chatter (uneven sanding), sealant lines that were not taken all the way to the wall. They came back after we complained, Dave practically pressed his eyeballs to the floor and argued with me on half of the spots. He said the lines would disappear in 3 months and refused to call the darkened spots damage and in fact, stated twice that it is hardly noticeable, it is not even worth mentioning that it would have darkened. In their defense, he agreed to come back to re-buff and apply 1 extra coat on the entire floor to remove imperfections and lines. To no surprise, nothing change I do not even believe he buffed the entire floor because some of the same bugs/clumps/hairs were still there. I sent Dave texts and photos asking why nothing had changed and he NEVER ANSWERED to this day. We lost our patience and called the owner, Andrew, who at first did not want to come because it was not his work. Andrew came and argued about spill spots, saying they would wear with traffic (who walks right up against wall edges?!), said the lines would fade, and refused to acknowledge the chatter in every room.. but he agreed to come to fix the lines and bugs yet again. It took forever to get ahold of him, and finally, he said he was too busy doing paperwork and would get back to us the following week ¦still have not heard from him. In the meantime, we had other companies quote us to fix the lines on the floors, they said The sealant was not taken to the wall.. it will have to be completely re-sanded. Needless to say, we are done. I would rather have this flawed floor than have A to Zito back in my house for another minute. They were argumentative, defensive, impossible to follow up with, and clearly did a poor job. Two chances to refinish the floors and they screwed up both times. We were clearly their last priority. They should be embarrassed. Check out Yelp reviews, I am not the only one who feels low priority and was left with ruined floors.
